Client review links

Send a client a link to review a post, comment, and approve it or ask for changes, without an account.

A review link lets someone without a SociaHive account see a post the way each channel will show it, leave comments, and approve it or ask for changes. You see their answers on the post and get notified.

Approving only records the decision. Nothing is scheduled or published until you do it. Client review links are on the Studio, Pro and Agency plans.

  • A link works for 14 days, or until you revoke it.
  • The link is shown once, when you make it. Copy it then; make another link if you lose it.
  • A post can have up to 10 open links. A link holds up to 50 comments and decisions; after that it takes no new ones.
  • A post that is publishing or published can no longer be shared.
  • When a client approves, then you edit the post, the post says "Approved before your last edit".

POST takes an optional { "reviewer_name": "Ana" } and returns the link with its url.

post.review_decision is sent when a client comments, approves or asks for changes:

kind is approved, changes_requested or comment.
