Every image or video you upload in the scheduler, and every AI image you make, is saved to your media library. Reuse a file in any post instead of uploading it again.
The media library is on every plan.
In the app
- Composer: From library next to the upload button.

Each file shows its kind, size, tags and how many of your posts use it.
REST API
GET /api/v1/media-library (scope posts:read), newest first.

The answer is { items: MediaAsset[], next_cursor }. Use an item's url as post media.
