RSS feeds
Turn new items in a blog or news feed into posts, drafted or written by AI and scheduled into your next free posting slot.
RSS feeds
Add up to 5 RSS or Atom feeds. SociaHive checks them regularly and turns each new item into a post. Each feed has a mode:
| Mode | What happens to a new item |
|---|---|
draft | A draft with the item's title and text, for the platforms you picked. |
ai_draft | AI writes one post per platform from the item, using your instructions and tone. It waits as a draft for you to review. |
ai_schedule | AI writes the post and schedules it into the next free posting slot of the feed's accounts. It publishes without review. When no slot is free in the next 14 days, the post stays a draft and you get one notification. |
The AI modes are on every plan.
Limits
- At most 5 feeds per account, one per URL. The URL must be public.
- An item never becomes two posts, even when two checks run at once.
daily_cap(1 to 50, default 3): AI posts a day from one feed. Across all your feeds you get at most 10 AI posts a day. Items over the cap wait for a later check.- Images:
none, feed(the item's own image, when it has a public https one) orai(one AI image per post, counted against your plan's monthly AI image allowance; when it runs out, posts go without an image). - AI writing is free: it uses no AI credits.
- Item text is treated as material to write about. Instructions inside a feed item are never followed.
- A paused feed is not checked. A feed that fails 5 checks in a row stops; resuming it tries again.
REST API
All routes take an API key (posts:read to list, posts:write to change).
template is { "instructions": "...", "tone": "..." }; send null to clear it. Creating a feed needs platforms or account_ids.
Agent and MCP tools
list_rss_feeds: your feeds with their mode, caps and status.update_rss_feed: pause or resume a feed, or change its mode (draftorai_draft), instructions, tone, image, accounts and daily cap. Automatic publishing (ai_schedule) can only be turned on by you, in SociaHive or over the API.
CLI
iOS
Scheduler, RSS feeds lists your feeds and lets you pause and resume them. Adding feeds and changing how AI writes posts is done on the web.
